Description
NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a qualified commissioning services provider to act as the Commissioning Authority (CxA) for system‑wide projects across its portfolio of hospitals, clinics, labs and administrative buildings. The work includes pre‑design, design‑review, construction‑phase oversight, functional testing, documentation, and post‑occupancy warranty reviews for HVAC, BMS, medical‑gas, fire‑alarm, emergency‑power and other critical building systems. The contract will be an indefinite‑delivery, task‑order arrangement lasting three years with two optional one‑year renewals, and an annual $50,000 allowance for warranty‑related testing.
