Multi-Agency Online Auction Services

The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide online auction services for the Department of Administrative Services, Department of Transportation, State institutions of higher education, and properly registered members of the Cooperative Purchasing Program of the Department of Administrative Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing an online auction system, categorizing and photographing surplus property, posting selected surplus property online, removing selected surplus property from the State warehouse, and arranging delivery of purchased surplus property to buyers. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option for renewal. • The contractor must have experience in providing online auction services. • The contractor must have a website that can facilitate the auctioning of surplus property. • The contractor must be able to provide a monetary return on surplus property. • The contractor must be able to categorize and photograph surplus property. • The contractor must be able to post selected surplus property online. • The contractor must be able to remove selected surplus property from the State warehouse. • The contractor must be able to arrange delivery of purchased surplus property to buyers.
