Tobacco Product Waste Technical Assistance

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a qualified offeror to provide technical assistance to grantees of the State Tobacco Education and Prevention Partnership (STEPP) in Colorado. The goal of this project is to support funding for community-based and statewide tobacco education programs that aim to reduce the amount of litter related to tobacco and vape products. The successful offeror will provide training and technical assistance to STEPP grantees, including developing data management resources, fact sheets, and learning opportunities.
