The West Virginia Lottery is seeking a vendor to provide a one-time purchase of Cisco Firepower 2130 TMC (Threat, Malware, URL Filtering) Smart License, 1-Year Subscription for year 2026-2027. This is the annual license and support for Cybersecurity threat protection features for Firewalls at Lottery Headquarters Charleston, WV and back-up data center in Bridgeport, WV. The contract item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed in the solicitation, including Cisco Smart Licensing (1-Year Term) for enabled advanced security, Intrusion Prevention (IPS), Advanced Malware Protection (AMP), and URL Filtering on Cisco Firepower 2130 appliances. Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing centralized license management through Cisco Smart Accounts
• Ensuring compliance with Cisco’s software entitlement and support policies
• Delivering the contract items within five working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed
• Accepting payment in accordance with the payment procedures of the State of West Virginia
The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws, rules, and ordinances, and provide proof of any necessary licenses, certifications, and permits.
