JEOL JSM-IT300LV Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Preventative Maintenance Service

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to JEOL USA, INC. for the preventative maintenance of one JEOL JSM-IT300LV SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (SEM). The period of performance is estimated to be August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. Interested parties may respond to the notice of intent by June 26, 2026, 12:00 PM, PST, but the Government reserves the right to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The key requirements of the contract include: • Preventative maintenance of the JEOL JSM-IT300LV SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (SEM) • The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to provide the required maintenance • The contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract • The period of performance is estimated to be 60 months
