Parking Decals

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 500 parking decals. The decals must be transparent, with round corners, and have consecutive numbering from 11000 to 11500. The vendor must provide a digital proof and a printed proof before production. The decals must be delivered to the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI by 02/16/2026. • The decals must be made of clear vinyl or polyester with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. • The printing must be done in black and Pantone blue ink. • The vendor must provide a warranty for one calendar year from the date of final payment. • The vendor must comply with GPO Contract Terms and Quality Assurance Through Attributes. • The vendor must provide a pre-award survey and financial documents if required.
