Description
The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division is soliciting competitive proposals to establish one or more Statewide Contracts for the purchase of galvanized steel signposts, square tubing posts, and delineators. The contract will allow state agencies and affiliates to utilize the contract on an as-needed basis.
• The solicitation includes two line items: traffic cones or delineators and intrinsic safety barriers.
• The bidder must submit a firm fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms of the contract.
• The bidder guarantees unit prices to be correct.
• Travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, must be included in the total bid price.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the State of Oklahoma.
