Northeast Transfer Station Stormwater System Modifications

The County is seeking a qualified general contractor to replace the roof on the South Building 2 of the Country Club of Miami, perform associated structural repairs, masonry and stucco work, and repaint the entire exterior envelope. The scope includes complete removal of existing roofing (including asbestos‐containing material), installation of a 24‑gauge standing‑seam metal roof on high‑slope areas, a hot‑asphalt modified built‑up or torch‑applied bitumen roof on low‑slope areas, epoxy wood repairs to terrace framing, new pressure‑treated fascia, extensive masonry and stucco restoration, and a full exterior paint system with specified primers and coatings. The contractor must also handle permitting, utility coordination, safety fencing, daily cleanup, and provide a two‑year workmanship warranty.
