BERTHING BARGE; CLEAN

The United States Navy is soliciting proposals for the cleaning of a berthing barge. The offeror must certify that they currently hold an active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement in the Japan Region. The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. The offeror must submit a proposal package that includes a copy of their approved and active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement as a Prime Contractor. • The offeror must comply with DFARS 252.225-7042. • The offeror must submit documentation that demonstrates their compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042. • The offeror must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation. • The offeror must submit a proposal that includes a copy of their approved and active U.S. Navy MSRA/ABR Agreement.
