Notice of Sole Source Extension - GRC Construction (GMACC-2)

The NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) intends to issue a Sole Source extension to the existing Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contract (GMACC-2). The extension will apply to four contractors: Erie Affiliates, Inc.; Pinnacle Construction Development Group; PPW Builders, Inc.; and R.J. Runge Company, Inc. These firms are the only contractors capable of providing the essential and ongoing construction support services required without a lapse in service. The extension will be for a period of six months, from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with an option for an additional six-month extension. • The extension is necessary to ensure continuity of construction support services. • The contractors have specialized knowledge of NASA policies, procedures, and unique facilities at GRC. • Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort via email to Stacy Hernandez. • The Government may determine not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis based on responses to this notice.
