Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit Sev1Tech, LLC on a sole source basis to provide SBIR S5.02 – Earth Science, Applied Research and Decision Support – Phase III. The contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis with a period of performance from 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2027. The contract includes two line items: NMOC Data Management and Access Support Services and NTE Travel. Key responsibilities of the contractor include providing data management and access support services, performing work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and submitting monthly invoices. The government will monitor the contractor's performance through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and may issue a Contract Discrepancy Report (CDR) if the contractor fails to meet acceptable levels of performance.
