Description
The Savannah Airport Commission is seeking a certified Herman Miller distributor to provide and install terminal seating in the concourse area of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. The selected vendor will furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision required to deliver and install Herman Miller-brand terminal seating. The scope of work includes the procurement, delivery, assembly, and installation of seating units that meet all applicable airport, safety, and accessibility standards. Key requirements include: 577 hold room seats, including 552 standard seatbacks and 25 ADA-embroidered seatbacks, with integrated power modules and secure, climate-controlled storage. The vendor must also provide a proposed project timeline and coordinate with designated SAC personnel to ensure proper installation and functionality.
