Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting offers for the supply of research specialty gases to support its medical and research facilities. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, multi‑year agreement with a base period of one year (11/1/2026‑10/31/2027) and up to four one‑year option periods extending through 10/31/2031. The VA will purchase the gases on a “bulk funded” basis, with pricing set in a price list attached to the solicitation. The award will be a total small‑business set‑aside, and the VA expects quarterly or monthly invoicing in arrears. The contract requires compliance with a host of FAR clauses, including small‑business subcontracting limits, DEI, and security provisions.

• Period of Performance: 11/1/2026 – 10/31/2031 (up to 5 years with options).
• Small‑Business Set‑Aside: Total set‑aside; eligible to HUBZone, Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned, Women‑Owned, etc.
• Submission: Offer due 09‑04‑2026 (local time). Questions due 08‑28‑2026 1 PM MT.
• Invoicing: Monthly in arrears, electronic submission per VAAR 852.232‑72.
