Description
The Texas General Land Office and the Texas Veterans Land Board are seeking bids for Kwalu furnishings, delivery, installation, and disposal services at the Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home in Tyler, Texas. The contract will be for a one-time purchase, and the delivery of items is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the order. The bidder must have been in business providing similar services for at least three years, and the principals/owners must have had ownership/executive management experience in a previous company that provided this type of service for at least five years. The bidder must also provide one point of contact for the project and ensure that all fabrics and finishes are approved by the manufacturer.
• The contract will include the delivery and installation of common area furniture, as specified in the Price Schedule.
• The bidder must ensure that all items are delivered and installed in the specified quantities with "white glove" installation.
• The bidder is responsible for any damage to walls, ceilings, floors, and any other part or property of the TSVH that is damaged as a result of furniture delivery and installation.
• The bidder must provide warranty information and maintenance manuals for the installed products.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and accessibility.
