Description
The U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria is seeking services to provide Battlefield Staff Rides for US Army Europe's subordinate commands. The contract will be a firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a maximum contract amount of $15,294,484.00 for the entire contract period. The contractor will provide leadership workshops, en-route instruction, terrain walks, and historical analysis, as well as bus transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals. The period of performance will be from May 27, 2026, to May 26, 2031.
• The contractor will provide Battlefield Staff Rides services in the EUCOM theater.
• The contractor will deliver services to commence within 5 days after issuance of a Delivery/Task order.
• The contractor will provide antiterrorism/force protection awareness information to its personnel.
• The contractor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation and employment.
