Pre-Qualifications for Section 2 Phase 2 Pipeline Rehabilitation, Section 4 Phase 1 Pipeline Rehabilitation, and Joint Pipelines Sections 1 & 6

The Tarrant Regional Water District is requesting Statements of Qualifications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the construction of three pipeline rehabilitation projects: Section 2 Phase 2, Section 4 Phase 1, and Joint Pipelines Sections 1 & 6. The projects involve the removal and replacement of existing pipelines, installation of new pipes, and construction of related facilities. The Owner's budget for each project is estimated to be between $82,000,000 and $92,000,000 for Section 2 Phase 2, between $111,000,000 and $136,000,000 for Section 4 Phase 1, and between $78,000,000 and $95,000,000 for Joint Pipelines 1 & 6. The projects are expected to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 24 months for Sections 2 and 4, and 45 months for Joint Pipelines 1 & 6. • The projects involve the construction of new pipelines, replacement of existing pipes, and installation of related facilities. • The Owner's budget for each project is estimated to be between $78,000,000 and $136,000,000. • The projects are expected to be substantially complete and ready for operation within 24-45 months. • The Owner will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications based on the experience and past performance of the Offeror, experience and qualifications of key personnel, ability to provide performance and payment bonds and insurance, demonstrated safety performance, and demonstrated financial stability.
