The State of Alabama, via the Department of Corrections, is seeking a single vendor to operate a Therapeutic Education Reentry Facility that provides comprehensive correctional‑related services. The contract will cover security administration, medical and mental‑health care, substance‑abuse treatment, educational and vocational programming, life‑skill and reentry services, food service, and any other mandated programs for roughly 1,000 male inmates (with optional up to 200 female beds). The award will be a fixed‑price, per‑diem, per‑inmate contract with an initial two‑year term and up to three one‑year extensions.
