The State of Nevada, Department of Human Services, is seeking a non-competitive contract with High Quality Concepts, Inc. dba Best Janitorial Services of Nevada for janitorial services. The services are necessary to ensure the health and well-being of staff, clients, and visitors. The contract will be for a period of 7 months, starting from February 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2026. The estimated value of the contract is $75,950.
• The services include janitorial services for the administration and outpatient areas of SNAMHS Las Vegas area buildings.
• The vendor has the knowledge and experience necessary to continue meeting the minimum health requirements for the facilities.
• The agency has a continuing need for janitorial services and will have to seek a new contract if the RFP process does not conclude within 7 months.
