The State of South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the Google Maps Platform Pro Plan subscription along with comprehensive usage‑governance, cost‑optimization, and dedicated account‑management services. The award will be a fixed‑price, best‑value contract for an initial three‑year period, with two optional two‑year renewals. The contractor must be a Google Maps Platform Certified Reseller and a Google Cloud Premium Partner, and must deliver full transparency of API usage, reporting dashboards, and proactive cost‑control measures.
