Authorized Dodge & Jeep Service, Repair, Maintenance, and OEM Parts

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Dodge and Jeep vehicle service, repair, and OEM parts on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be required to provide timely service and reliable parts availability to minimize vehicle downtime and maintain operational readiness. The scope of work includes preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and parts supply for Dodge and Jeep vehicles utilized by the City. The vendor must be an authorized Dodge and Jeep service provider and an authorized distributor of OEM Dodge and Jeep parts. Some key responsibilities include: • Manufacturer-authorized diagnostics and troubleshooting • Factory software updates and vehicle programming • Warranty and manufacturer recall repairs • Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) related repairs • Engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs • Diesel emissions system diagnostics and repairs • Fuel system diagnostics and repairs • Electrical diagnostics and repair of OEM vehicle systems • OEM parts replacement and installation • Factory-authorized calibration and testing services The City requires the vendor to maintain readily available inventory necessary to meet routine delivery requirements and to provide a will-call (pickup) option at a local facility. The vendor must also respond to service requests within 24 to 72 hours and schedule service accordingly.
