RECS RFP Leak Investigation at Multiple Buildings

The State of Minnesota is requesting proposal(s) for architectural/civil engineering to conduct a study providing an investigation of the leak conditions at multiple buildings at the Capitol Complex in St. Paul, Minnesota. The goal of this RFP is to enter into a contract to obtain services with the best value responder. The successful responder is required to be an Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, or Land Surveyor registered in the State of Minnesota. • The contract term is anticipated to run from November 10, 2025 to November 9, 2027, with the option to extend an additional 3 years in increments determined by the State. • The proposal must include Exhibit B (Fee Proposal) and Exhibit C (Responder’s Qualifications). • The State reserves the right to award this RFP to a single Responder, or to multiple Responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State.
