Description
The School Board of the City of Hampton is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide E-Rate eligible Category Two network equipment. The equipment should support WiFi 7 and Multi-Gig (2.5GBase-T and/or 5GBase-T) and have a minimum of 10G SFP+ for uplinks. The proposal should include fixed-fee pricing itemized by each school location and a completed pricing sheet (Attachment C). The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
Some key points to consider:
• The proposal should include technical specifications, equipment speed, and capabilities.
• The vendor should provide at least five references from other K-12 school divisions of similar size.
• The vendor should comply with all terms and conditions contained in the RFP addendum.
• The vendor should utilize the SPI method for reimbursement.
