Description
The City of Santa Rosa is seeking a contractor to provide pool boiler cleaning, maintenance, and repair services for a period of three years, with two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for performing bi-annual inspections and cleanings of four pool heaters at two locations: Ridgway Swim Center and Finley Aquatic Center. The contractor must possess a valid California C-4 Boiler, Hot Water Heating and Steam Fitting contractor’s license and pay prevailing wages.
• The contractor will perform bi-annual standard inspections and cleanings of all four heaters.
• The contractor will replace filters, inspect and clean burners, and perform flue gas analysis tests.
• The contractor will provide minor repairs, with quotes to be provided to the Supervisor for approval prior to work being performed.
• The contractor must respond within 24 hours of notice for emergency repairs.
• Any replacement parts must meet the required specifications and standards, such as fit, function, safety, and performance, as set by the manufacturer.
