Catholic Priest Services

The Naval Station Newport is seeking a Catholic priest to provide religious services to meet the spiritual needs of its personnel. The contractor will perform services at the Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, and other authorized locations as required. The scope of work includes providing Catholic priest services, including Mass, confession, and other sacraments, as well as counseling and spiritual guidance. The contractor must be a ordained Catholic priest in good standing with the Catholic Church and have experience in providing spiritual services to a diverse population. • The contractor will be required to provide services on a regular basis, including Sundays and holy days of obligation. • The contractor will be required to provide counseling and spiritual guidance to personnel and their families. • The contractor will be required to work with other chaplains and religious leaders to provide a comprehensive religious program. • The contractor will be required to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the rules and regulations of the Naval Station Newport.
