Instructional Supplies, Materials and Equipment

The Aldine Independent School District is seeking proposals for instructional supplies, materials, and equipment. The district is looking for vendors to provide a wide range of products, including science, art, audio/visual, books, instructional software, classroom equipment/supplies, maps/globes, library media, athletics/PE, medical, vocational, math, language arts, economics, testing materials, music, and office supplies. Vendors must submit a completed attachment packet, form W-9, and notification of award (section B only) to be considered. The district requires three references and a brief product description. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest percentage of discount. • The proposal must include a company website and any information pertinent to shipping costs, discounts, etc. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions contained on this bid event. • The vendor must provide a company website and any information pertinent to shipping costs, discounts, etc. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
