WVU West Tower Project - Athletics Premium Seating Marketing Plan

West Virginia University is seeking a qualified firm or individual to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to maximize seat sales, attendance, and fan engagement at Milan Puskar Stadium. The selected service provider will work collaboratively with the University, WVU Athletics, and the Mountaineer Athletic Club to drive revenue, donor engagement, and overall brand visibility. The scope of services includes developing and executing a marketing and communications plan, assisting with the development of a sales center, leading inbound and outbound sales efforts, and providing data-driven segmentation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
