Description
The State of West Virginia’s School Building Authority is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive snow removal services for its facilities in Charleston. The scope includes three line items: (1) dusting with salt/deicing, (2) manual snow shoveling combined with salt/deicing, and (3) heavy‑snow plowing for snow depths over 6 inches. Vendors must submit a single‑item quote for each service; all work will be performed on an as‑needed basis during the winter season.
