Main County Courthouse Air Handler Unit and Duct Cleaning

The project involves the cleaning of Air Handler Units (AHUs) and cleaning and encapsulation of associated duct work in the Main County Courthouse. The work may also involve cleaning AHUs and duct work at other County facilities with similar duct work. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a preference for certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs).
