Benchtop EPR/ESR Spectrometer

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a Benchtop EPR/ESR Spectrometer. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and the associated NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The requirement includes the delivery of one Benchtop EPR Spectrometer and an extended warranty. The offeror must provide a firm-fixed price quote, including all shipping and delivery fees, with a delivery schedule of twenty weeks after receipt of the order. The contractor must also provide the country of origin and/or place of manufacture for all quoted items. Key features of the requirement include: • The Benchtop EPR Spectrometer must meet the requirements specified in the attached Requirements and Specifications document. • The offeror must provide a technical description, product literature, and/or drawings for the system it is proposing. • The offeror must demonstrate that its proposed system meets each minimum requirement described in the Requirements and Specifications document. • The contractor must provide an extended warranty for the equipment. • The contractor must deliver the equipment to the specified location, with the delivery point of contact to be provided upon award.
