Description
The City of Danville is seeking a consultant to provide on-call technical assistance and programmatic advice to support its Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-funded and similar affordable housing programs. The selected firm will deliver ongoing, as-needed consulting services to help ensure regulatory compliance and successful implementation of the City's housing initiatives. The scope of work includes providing technical assistance, document and project review, compliance and risk advisory, investment and underwriting support, and collaborative work approach. The consultant is expected to demonstrate experience with affordable housing program management, regulatory compliance, and technical assistance.
• The consultant will provide on-call technical assistance and programmatic advice to support the City's HUD-funded and similar affordable housing programs.
• The consultant will deliver ongoing, as-needed consulting services to help ensure regulatory compliance and successful implementation of the City's housing initiatives.
• The scope of work includes providing technical assistance, document and project review, compliance and risk advisory, investment and underwriting support, and collaborative work approach.
• The consultant is expected to demonstrate experience with affordable housing program management, regulatory compliance, and technical assistance.
• The consultant will work in direct coordination with the City's designated point of contact and respond to formal requests for service.
• The consultant will maintain availability for both remote and on-site consultation when needed by the City.
