IFB R-26031 Propane Gas Refueling Stations Services

The Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking bids for Propane Gas Refueling Stations Services. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions. The scope of work includes providing and installing vertical Propane Refueling Storage Tank with two Dispenser Units at three bus garages. The District estimates an annual consumption of 900,000 gallons of propane gas. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install a tank and dispensing units, provide wet line fueling services, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bid package must be submitted in its entirety, including all forms and documents. • The bid must be fully burdened, including the cost of all materials and services. • The bid price will be determined based on the lowest price per gallon, including the Base Price and Bid Margin. • The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who submits the lowest bid.
