Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant Landscaping Services

The City of Longmont is seeking a landscaping contractor to provide services for the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant. The services include mowing, pruning, irrigation inspection and maintenance, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional years. The City is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality services, prioritize the City's needs, and work efficiently. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscaping. • The contractor must be registered and in good standing with the Secretary of State. • The contractor must not be debarred from receiving federal contracts. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
