Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services for CDBG Project(s)

The Town of Tunica is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of approved FY 2026 CDBG project(s). The scope of work includes preparing project cost estimates, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, executing construction contracts, and performing construction inspection. The Town of Tunica encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The Engineer will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates and providing all engineering services through project closeout. • The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, executing construction contracts, and performing construction inspection. • The Town of Tunica encourages MBEs and WBEs to submit proposals. • Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance.
