Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Carefusion Solutions Inc. for Alaris Software Support at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four additional one-year option periods. The scope of work includes technical support, maintenance, and training for the GuardRails software package and related systems. The contractor will be required to provide access to OEM knowledge portals, quarterly infusion analytics services, and monthly web-based refresher training.
