Description
Alabama’s Department of Public Health is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive annual service and support for Plum Care hardware (both Satellite and Enterprise models). The contract includes a 12‑month warranty covering parts, labor, and virtual training, 24 × 7 × 365 phone support, repair of routers, batteries, antennas, cabling and the cases themselves, UPS‑ground shipping within the continental United States, and a one‑year Essentials+Advanced license for the Cradlepoint Net Cloud Manager platform. Pricing must be submitted on a unit‑price basis with FOB‑destination terms, and the award will be “all‑or‑none” to the lowest responsible bidder. The initial term is 12 months with optional extensions up to a total of five years, subject to written approval 30 days before each renewal period.
• Provide 24/7 technical support, virtual training, and firmware/security updates for Plum Satellite (SA3 and prior) and Plum Enterprise (ENT0003 and newer) devices.
• Supply all repair parts and labor, and cover UPS‑ground shipping (CONUS) for both inbound and outbound logistics.
• Deliver a one‑year Cradlepoint Net Cloud Manager Essentials+Advanced license to enable remote device management.
• Submit unit‑price bids (FOB destination) by April 28, 2026; questions due by April 14, 2026.
• Contract may extend up to five years, with price adjustments only on renewal and requiring CPO approval.
