Description
The Delaware Technical and Community College is seeking a vendor to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement services for garage and overhead doors across multiple campus locations. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for an additional three one-year periods. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and expertise to perform the services. The vendor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
• The scope of work includes routine and emergency repair services for garage and overhead doors, preventive maintenance, repair services, and replacement services.
• The vendor must provide a detailed description of how they will provide the services outlined in the RFP.
• The vendor must also provide pricing for the items listed in the Excel spreadsheet, Appendix B.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor who best meets the terms and conditions of the proposal.
