Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Contracting Office at Joint Base Lewis McChord is seeking a contractor to provide digital communication and graphic design services. The contractor will be responsible for creating and publishing content on social media platforms, designing graphics and visual materials, and providing analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of the communication efforts. The contractor will also be required to provide support for executive communication, including designing briefing decks and infographics. The period of performance will include a phase-in period from June 18, 2026, to June 30, 2026, a base year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and two option years. The contractor must possess an active Secret clearance and have experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or related fields.
Some key requirements of the contract include:
• Creating and publishing content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Designing graphics and visual materials, including infographics, briefing decks, and presentations
• Providing analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of the communication efforts
• Supporting executive communication, including designing briefing decks and infographics
• Possessing an active Secret clearance and having experience in public relations, marketing, communications, or related fields
