Public Relations and Marketing Support Services

The Panama City Bay County Airport and Industrial District is seeking a qualified firm to provide integrated public relations and marketing support services that will promote and enhance the visibility of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies, media outreach, branding, digital marketing, and event promotion to increase passenger traffic and community engagement. The work includes creating press materials, managing social media channels, producing advertising campaigns, and providing ongoing strategic counsel. • Develop and implement a full‑service PR and marketing plan tailored to airport operations and regional tourism goals. • Produce press releases, media kits, and coordinate media events to secure coverage across traditional and digital outlets. • Manage digital assets, including website content, social media, email newsletters, and targeted advertising to drive passenger growth. • Provide measurement and reporting on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. • Must attend a mandatory pre‑proposal conference on October 1, 2026 to receive additional briefing and answer questions.
