Description
The Baltimore District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking lease proposals for approximately 2,500 usable square feet of retail space located within a one‑mile radius of Park Place Center at 159 N. Hermitage Rd., Hermitage, PA 16148. The space must provide a secondary egress and parking for about seven government vehicles (day and overnight). The lease must be a government lease and will run for up to five (5) years, with possible renewal options. Proposers must submit a proposed rental amount that includes CAM, taxes, and insurance. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide a notarized letter appointing an authorized Entity Administrator.
