Information Technology Advisory and Procurement Oversight Advisory Services

The U.S. Embassy is seeking a consultant to provide information technology advisory and procurement oversight advisory services to CDC South Africa. The objective is to strengthen IT asset lifecycle management controls, improve procurement review safeguards and documentation standards, and provide practical tools and implementation guidance for leadership consideration. The consultant will conduct a structured assessment of IT asset lifecycle management practices, review documentation controls and inventory reconciliation practices, and identify control gaps and provide written recommendations. The consultant will also review procurement workflows, approval chains, and documentation standards, assess invoice review and validation practices, and identify internal control gaps and risks.
