Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking a quotation for the purchase of ViaSat Inc.'s Mark XIIB IFF Test Set software subscriptions. The requirement is for a firm fixed-price basis, and the contractor must be an approved reseller or distributor as verified by the OEM. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be required to provide the software subscriptions, as well as any necessary support and maintenance. The following are key points to consider:
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer.
• The contractor must provide a signed documentation from the OEM verifying they are an authorized distributor.
• The contractor must provide the following information with their response: FOB, shipping cost, tax ID, UEID, cage code, business size, and estimated delivery time.
• The Government will not pay for any information received, and the contractor is responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting their quotation.
• The contract will include clauses related to item unique identification, pricing, and payment terms.
