Description
Washtenaw Community College is issuing an indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for general civil‑engineering, surveying, and construction‑management services. The contract will span up to three years, with each individual project capped at $50,000. Vendors will be evaluated on expertise, work plans, fees, past performance, and other criteria, and may be awarded multiple task orders throughout the contract term.
• Provide design, permitting, inspection, and construction‑administration for campus civil‑engineering projects (e.g., road, pathway, storm‑water, boardwalk, ADA upgrades).
• Conduct topographic surveys, produce as‑built AutoCAD drawings, and deliver benchmarks per project specifications.
• Manage project coordination, public meetings, grant administration, and sustainability considerations; include daily observation reports and final close‑out documentation.
• Submit a single signed PDF proposal (including firm overview, experience, resumes, rates, insurance, and acknowledgments) to [email protected] by 2 p.m. EST on Feb 27 2026.
• Contract can be terminated for convenience by either party; no overall contract ceiling disclosed, but each task order ≤ $50 k.
