Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex Oakdale, is seeking a supplier for Religious Diet related items. The contract will be for a period of 92 days, from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The supplier must be a small business with 700 employees or less. The Government reserves the right to award item-by-item or in aggregate, based on the quotes most advantageous to the Government, evaluating specifications, past performance, and price.
• The supplier must provide a firm-fixed price inclusive of all shipping and processing costs.
• The supplier must have an active registration and completed representations and certifications within the SAM database at the time of quotation.
• The supplier must submit a typed quote on the attached specification sheet (BRQ, – SF 1449 -REQUEST FOR QUOTATION).
• The supplier must not submit multiple quote requests.
• The supplier must include their Unique Entity ID (UEI) number in their offers.
