The City of Celina Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a strategic positioning, land use alignment, and target industry development study. The study aims to provide the city with a comprehensive analysis of its current economic situation and identify opportunities for growth and development. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for the city's economic development strategy.
