Security Surveillance System Upgrade - Wyoming Honor Farm - Dept. of Corrections

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking bids for a security surveillance system upgrade at the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, Wyoming. The project includes replacing existing analog cameras with IP cameras, installing new cameras, and integrating with the existing AXIS Camera Station platform. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, programming, and installation services necessary to complete the upgrade. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 27, 2026, and bids are due by May 15, 2026. • The project includes the installation of 81 new indoor and outdoor cameras, as well as the replacement of 7 existing camera locations. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to complete the project. • The project requires a minimum of 30-day video retention and the installation of gate intercom/camera systems at two gates. • The contractor must also provide training to staff on the new system. • The estimated completion date for the project is June 30, 2028.
