Description
The City of San Leandro is seeking a qualified vendor to provide software and consulting services for a new, integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) environment, including jail management and property/evidence modules. The solicitation welcomes either a fully integrated enterprise solution or a best‑of‑breed approach that meets the SLPD’s functional requirements. Proposers must register by 10/09/2026, submit a full proposal by 10/20/2026, and be prepared for a phased implementation beginning May 2027 with RMS go‑live targeted for May 2028 and CAD/JMS go‑live by November 2028.
