The City of Lowell is seeking a qualified vendor to design, supply, implement, and support an integrated public‑safety technology suite comprising Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD) mobile capabilities, a Land Resource Management System (LRMS), and a Fire Resource Management System (FRMS).
