SCADA System Configuration and Updates

The City of Irving is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional services for the configuration, repair, update, and upgrade of its SCADA infrastructure, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), network switches, power monitoring and motor protection devices, and radio communications equipment. Work will involve firmware/software updates on Schneider EcoStruxure PLCs, hardening of operator interface terminals and UPS units to meet cybersecurity standards, and ongoing maintenance of 900 MHz radio equipment with potential future expansion.
