Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide two hearing aid analyzers and an electronystagmograph with accessories, including a video nystagmography (VNG) diagnostic system and an eye-tracking and goggle system. The equipment must meet specific technical requirements and be delivered to the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri. The vendor will be responsible for installation and performance verification of the equipment. The period of performance will be from November 2, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
• The hearing aid analyzers must support objective verification and validation of hearing instruments and be suitable for use with adult patients.
• The electronystagmograph must be a complete, turnkey solution including eye-tracking hardware, diagnostic software, and required accessories.
• The vendor must provide a two-year warranty and support for the equipment.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and export controls.
