The California Air Resources Board is seeking a vendor to provide a one‑year subscription for CommonLook accessibility software (PDF Acrobat plug‑in, CommonLook Office) along with associated training modules, a silent‑installation service, and 8 am‑5 pm PST support. The award will be a purchase‑order contract covering June 1 2027 – May 31 2028, with delivery required within 45 working days of the PO. Pricing is open‑book: the vendor must supply unit prices for each line item, and the State will apply small‑business or DVBE preferences where applicable.
• Deliver 110 PDF Acrobat plug‑ins, 110 PDF training modules, 240 Office licenses, 240 Office training modules, plus one silent‑installation service.
• Provide unlimited online ticket support (business‑hour) and include all patches, upgrades, and new releases at no extra charge.
• Must disclose any Generative AI component, comply with California Prompt Payment Act (payment ≤ 45 days), and submit a full set of mandatory attachments (cover letter, compliance questionnaire, payee record, bidder declaration, etc.).
